Learning to Express feelings

Generally speaking, people who suffer from Panic Attacks and/or Depression, which includes those who suffer even just a continued or reoccurring sense of being “down” all tend to


withhold their feelings. This is an article which explores the symptoms and difficulties of finding it hard to express feelings. The reasons why people learned to withhold feelings and techniques to re-connect with feelings are discussed at length.  This is essential reading for anyone suffering from anxiety or depression.
