Weddings

Preston Baptist Church is a great place to get married!

The building and gardens make it ideal for celebrating this most special and happy of days.  We believe marriage to be the lifelong and loving commitment of a man and woman to each other.  The service itself is a Christian service, and the vows are taken in the name of God.  We pray for his blessing on the bride and groom, and for his help throughout their life together.

Because marriage is such a major commitment, we ask all couples to go through a preparation course beforehand in order to think through some of the important issues involved.  Follow the link to the

Here at Preston Baptist Church we believe that God really cares about your relationship and that his strength is vital and available for the success of your marriage. His love, wisdom and strength is available to us as we travel through the ups and downs of life and commitment. We would like to journey with you as you approach your wedding day in our pre-marriage support and guidance.

A marriage is a public declaration before God of love and commitment to your partner. Weddings at Preston Baptist Church are served by our wonderful musicians and by our Pastors, giving you music and including a talk that is personal and inspiring about biblical love and commitment.

Fees for weddings vary depending on the precise requirements of each couple (e.g. music, flowers, P.A.), but in all cases are very reasonable.

If you've been married before you will need to meet with a Pastor to talk about your circumstances, before booking.
